THE ROLE
This is a hybrid role based in the greater Denver metro area open to candidates authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship. Our sales team works together in our Westminster CO office Tuesday through Thursday with flexibility to work remotely the other days.

THE DAY-TO-DAY
Hunt for opportunities Engage in strategic outbound prospecting through calls emails and social channels to connect with potential customers
Tell our story Showcase Builder Primes value proposition in ways that resonate with construction professionals
Qualify and connect Identify prospect needs provide tailored solutions and schedule qualified demos with our Account Executives
Own your pipeline Build and maintain a healthy flow of prospects while collaborating with the sales team on follow-up strategies
Stay sharp Become a product expert who can speak confidently about how we solve real problems for our customers with access to developmental opportunities like sales book clubs and training programs
Drive results Track your activities and performance reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales Development. Compete in friendly monthly challenges and celebrate your wins with the team

THE MUST-HAVES
Bachelors degree OR 2 years of professional experience
Outstanding communication skillsyou know how to listen connect and persuade
Creative problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
Genuine enthusiasm for technology and innovation
Stellar organizational skills with an eye for detail
Hunger to learn grow and advance your sales career
A competitive drive and the coachability to act on feedback quickly
A track record of taking ownership and pushing through obstacles whether in school sports past jobs or other pursuits
Comfortable using AI tools (such as Claude ChatGPT or similar) as part of your day-to-day work not just for occasional tasks but as a regular part of how you get things done.

THE NICE-TO-HAVES
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
Background in SaaS or the construction industry
A track record of overachievement as a career SDR or AE (think Presidents Club Rep of the Year or similar recognition)
Experience in a high effort relationship driven field such as hospitality logistics or sales outside of SaaS especially if youre looking to break into tech

This role pays a base salary of $60000/year and a $20000/year variable (monthly commissions are based on sales qualified lead (SQL) targets) for total On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $80000.
