Operations Supervisor Outbound Operations

Schedule: MondayFriday 11 AM Start

McKesson is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead outbound distribution operations in a fast-paced healthcare distribution center. This frontline leadership role is responsible for driving safety quality productivity and employee engagement while developing a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead coach and develop a team of distribution center associates.
• Direct daily outbound operations to achieve safety service quality and productivity goals.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Promote a culture of accountability continuous improvement and employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support inventory accuracy and operational excellence.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience in warehouse distribution logistics manufacturing or supply chain operations.
• Experience leading frontline employees in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication coaching and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Logistics or related field.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) RF technology or labor management systems.
• Continuous improvement or Lean experience preferred.
