• Pay Rate: $75.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: 36-hour nights Saturday 7:00 PM 7:30 AM Sunday 7:00 PM 7:30 AM and an additional 12-hour shift during the week. Holidays as needed. Open to hiring into the weekend night only for candidates seeking part-time.

This is a 12-hour night shift Operating Room Technologist (ORT) position within a surgical services department offering a broad scope of specialties. The position is open to candidates seeking weekend night shifts on a part-time basis. Candidates who reside less than 50 miles from the facility will be compensated at a local rate which is $10 less than the posted rate.

• Perform surgical technology duties across a comprehensive range of surgical services including general gynecology genitourinary oral otolaryngology bariatrics orthopedics neurology vascular thoracic cardiac plastics podiatry robotics pediatrics trauma and spine.
• Demonstrate competency in at least 5 of the listed surgical service areas.
• Maintain a positive attitude and flexible approach to scheduling and team needs.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills in a fast-paced surgical environment.

• 3 years of inpatient surgery experience required.
• Trauma experience required.

• Competency in at least 5 of the following surgical services: general gynecology genitourinary oral otolaryngology bariatrics orthopedics neurology vascular thoracic cardiac plastics podiatry robotics pediatrics trauma spine.
• Positive attitude and flexible approach.
• Excellent communication skills.

• NBSTSA certification required (no other certification is accepted).
• BLS certification required.

• Night shift position: 36 hours per week across weekend nights and one additional weekday 12-hour shift.
• Holiday availability required as needed.
• Local candidates (residing within 50 miles of the facility) are subject to a local pay rate ($10 less than the posted rate).
