Professional Requirements

• 7 years of professional experience with demonstrated success in organizational development leadership consulting coaching education behavioral or people-development work business development strategy or another established professional field
  
• Strong professional presence with the ability to communicate clearly build trust and develop meaningful relationships
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead influence or create results without requiring significant external direction
  
• Experience supporting growth development performance or transformation in people or organizations
  
• An ownership mindset and willingness to take responsibility for your activity decisions and results
  
• Genuine interest in leadership personal development and human potential
  
• Entrepreneurial curiosity and a desire to create greater autonomy financial possibility or professional expansion outside a traditional employment structure
  
• Commitment to continuous learning personal growth and applying what you learn
  
• Willingness to invest both time and resources into developing an independent business
