Order Processor

Duties and Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and process modification orders.
• Respond professionally accurately and promptly to supply chain orders and requests.
• Maintain and organize order files and related documentation.
• Ensure the accuracy of part numbers product codes quantities and order details.
• Monitor open orders and provide timely updates or responses to customer inquiries and special requests.
• Process and track orders through the manufacturing process.
• Read picking sheets and understand product codes and specifications.
• Identify product finishes and basic product features.
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of products part numbers and product features.
• Work efficiently in a time-sensitive environment to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Complete assigned tasks with limited supervision.
• Perform  administrative and other  duties as required.

Requirements and Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask prioritize workload and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret picking sheets product codes and order information.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
