Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage testing activities for Oracle XStore POS implementations upgrades and integrations
- Define and execute test strategy test plans and test cases across SIT UAT and regression cycles
- Coordinate with business stakeholders developers and third-party vendors for test planning and execution
- Oversee POS functional testing including billing returns promotions inventory and payments
- Ensure integration testing with downstream systems (ERP CRM payment gateways loyalty systems)
- Manage defect lifecycle using tools like JIRA or ALM and ensure timely resolution
- Lead and mentor QA team members assign tasks and track progress
- Drive automation strategy where applicable (POS automation API testing)
- Provide test status reporting risk analysis and quality metrics to leadership
- Ensure compliance with retail standards and best practices
- Skills-8 years of QA/testing experience with 3 years in Test Management roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle XStore POS
- Deep understanding of retail POS workflows (sales returns discounts promotions tenders)
- Experience in end-to-end test lifecycle management
- Familiarity with test management tools (JIRA HP ALM TestRail etc.)
- Experience in API and integration testing
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
