Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion R2R Solution Architect to lead the Record-to-Report (R2R) transformation within a large-scale Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion implementation. The candidate will drive financial architecture reporting reconciliation and close processes while ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle Fusion R2R workstream for enterprise ERP transformation
- Define target-state architecture across:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Accounting Hub
- Financial Reporting
- Support financial close transformation and ledger migration strategy
- Drive reconciliation processes and audit readiness requirements
- Lead testing strategy cutover planning and historical data validation
- Partner with Finance teams to ensure successful adoption
- Support hypercare and long-term finance transformation initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of Oracle ERP implementation experience
- Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials modules
- Proven experience leading R2R transformations
- Strong understanding of accounting financial close and reconciliation processes
- Experience with Oracle EBS Fusion migrations
- Strong stakeholder management and enterprise implementation experience
