Oracle ERP Techno-Functional Analyst

The Oracle ERP TechnoFunctional Analyst is a key member of a highly collaborative production support team responsible for keeping our enterprise systems stable reliable and continuously improving. This role combines hands-on production support with strong technofunctional expertise and a team-first mindset.

Youll work closely with fellow analysts developers business partners and crossfunctional stakeholders to troubleshoot issues deliver enhancements and ensure our Oracle Supply Chain systems effectively support the business. Success in this role depends on strong collaboration knowledgesharing and a willingness to partner across teams to solve problems together.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Provide production support for the Oracle Supply Chain Suite ERP while partnering closely with business users and IT teams to resolve issues

• Collaborate with functional leads developers and support peers to analyze problems coordinate fixes and deliver system enhancements

• Act as a trusted team resource - sharing knowledge mentoring lessexperienced colleagues and contributing to a strong team culture

• Participate in team discussions incident reviews and problemsolving sessions to drive consistent and highquality support outcomes

• Use SQL and data analysis to support root cause analysis and inform team decisions

• Contribute ideas and best practices to improve processes reduce recurring issues and strengthen overall system support

What Were Looking For:

• Typically requires 57 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.

• Designs and develops software solutions to meet business requirements. Manages full software development life cycle including testing implementation and auditing. Performs product design bug verification and beta support which may require research and analysis. Operates under moderate supervision. Usually reports to the Manager of Software Development.

• Execute assess and troubleshoot software programs and applications. Analyze and amend software errors in a timely and accurate fashion.

• Coding developing and documenting software specifications throughout the project life cycle. Participate in software upgrades revisions fixes and patches as mandated by the vendor.

Work Arrangement: Fully In Office: Monday-Friday
