We are looking for Assembly Operator I within the Faucets Division. This position will be based at our Sheridan AR location where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality kitchen and bathroom products including faucets sinks showers and lighting.

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities

• Performing all duties associated within the department.
• Following instructions and communicating effectively.
• Reads orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved gathered or distributed.
• Conveys materials and items from receiving areas to storage or to other designated areas.
• Loading wash baskets for washer.
• Sorts and places materials or items on racks shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size type style color or product code.
• Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves or conveys orders to the packing station or shipping dock staging area.

Key Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.
• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
  
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of manufacturing industrial or warehouse experience preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position including bending lifting and pushing weights of up to 35 pounds or more.
• Screening: Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
• Reliability: Consistent attendance and work performance.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety policies and procedures.
