Job Description
- Set up and operate machines used to grind smooth and buff produced parts.
- Deburr and inspect small parts for imperfections.
- Use a microscope to inspect parts and identify quality issues.
- Ensure quality and accuracy throughout the production process.
- Follow all clean room procedures and safety requirements.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Production or manufacturing experience.
- Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
- Experience working with small parts.
- Machine shop experience is preferred.
- Experience using a microscope is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Clean Room Environment:
- Candidates will work in a clean room environment.
- No makeup jewelry piercings or open-toe shoes are permitted.
