As an Operator Equipment I you will partner with production teams quality personnel and site leadership to support the manufacturing of reinforced polypipe products used in the oil and gas industry. You will play a key role in operating production equipment maintaining quality standards and ensuring safe and efficient manufacturing operations.
Working alongside experienced operators and manufacturing professionals you will help deliver high-quality products while contributing to a culture of operational excellence teamwork and continuous improvement.
Fueling Your Passion
In this role you will have the opportunity to develop your manufacturing expertise while operating and monitoring production equipment used in the fabrication of reinforced polypipe. You will support critical production activities perform quality checks and ensure equipment is operating effectively to meet customer and business requirements.
Your contributions will directly impact production efficiency product quality and the successful delivery of solutions that support customers across the energy industry.
As an Operator Equipment I you will be responsible for:
Setting up monitoring and operating manufacturing equipment in accordance with production requirements and safety procedures.
Operating equipment such as rewind machines cover lines packagers tape/braiders plastic extruders and related production equipment.
Operating multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously as .
Performing cable repair patching or splicing activities where applicable.
Conducting quality assurance checks in accordance with manufacturing engineering and ISO requirements.
Reading and interpreting routine work instructions and production documentation.
Performing basic mathematical calculations to support manufacturing activities.
Utilizing hand tools power tools and precision measuring equipment safely and effectively.
Operating material handling equipment and overhead cranes or obtaining required certifications.
Supporting reel changes and coiler operations to maintain production flow.
Maintaining a clean safe and organized work environment.
Following all company safety procedures policies and attendance expectations.
To be Successful in this Role You Will:
Have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Have a minimum of 6 months of previous manufacturing experience.
Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Have experience using hand tools and power tools.
Be able to read and interpret routine instructions and production documents.
Possess basic mathematical and measurement skills.
Demonstrate strong attendance and reliability.
Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Have forklift experience (preferred but not ).
Be willing and able to obtain certifications for material handling equipment and overhead crane operation where .
Work Schedule
Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Monday through Friday
Saturdays as needed (overtime may be )
Standard workweek of 36-40 hours with additional overtime opportunities based on business needs. Overtime is not guaranteed each week.
