JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor test and document chemical concentrations to ensure the proper cleaning and sanitization of equipment.
• Clean and sanitize silo tanks vats processing lines fillers and other designated plant equipment and areas.
• Complete all required production sanitation and quality documentation accurately and timely.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities as assigned.
• Maintain a clean sanitary organized and safe work environment.
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
• Adhere to all safety security and food safety requirements.
• Wear and properly utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Support compliance with all regulatory customer and Safe Quality Food (SQF) standards and requirements.
• Maintain regular attendance and dependable work habits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred; high-volume manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability and willingness to workovertime weekends holidays andvarious shiftsas required.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Ability to read write and communicate effectively in English; capable of performing basic mathematical calculations and accurately recording data.
• Bilingual skillsare beneficial.
• Ability to read understand and apply information from Safety Data Sheets (SDS) equipment manuals cleaning specifications and technical documents.
• Demonstrated ability to workindependently and collaborativelyin fast-paced dynamic environments.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Frequently required to stand walk kneel bend climb reach pull and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
• Regularly required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to work in cold wet humid and fast-paced manufacturing environments for extended periods.
• May be required to work at heights and in confined spaces while following all safety procedures.
• Must be able to wear required PPE and work safely around chemicals used in sanitation processes.
