Position Summary
The Operations Support Senior Analyst is a key contributor to Front-End (FE) Operations providing timely visibility analytical insight and operational support for assigned projects therapies and business initiatives. This role develops transparent methods for defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) owns function- and therapy-level performance reporting and partners with operations leadership to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.

The Senior Analyst plays a critical role in supporting Coram business objectives by driving process improvements optimizing workflows and enhancing the patient experience. Serving as a central point of contact for cross-functional projects and operational challenges this position helps ensure efficient and effective operations.

Required Qualifications
3 years of experience in business analytics operational analytics or a related field

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare analytics healthcare operations or a related healthcare environment

Education

Required - High School Diploma or GED

Preferred - Bachelor Degree

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience education geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
