The Ops Support Analyst supports U.S. Transfer Agency Operations with a focus on change support system enhancements and process improvement initiatives. The role partners with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency through technology data and disciplined execution.

• Review test and support implementation of system enhancements upgrades and operational process changes.
• Support project management activities including tracking deliverables timelines and dependencies.
• Assist with rollout of new tools workflows and processes including testing and documentation.
• Analyze operational workflows and recommend automation or technology-based solutions.
• Produce periodic performance productivity and operational reporting.
• Communicate project updates and operational changes to stakeholders at all levels.
• Support prioritization and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft skills
• Strong analytical organizational time management and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
• Understanding of fund operations or financial services environments

• Power BI Power Query JIRA or workflow automation tools
• SS&C or transfer agency platform familiarity
• Previous experience in asset management or fund services

Compensation information

The base salary range for this position is $65000 - $75000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through August 31 2026.

Annual Bonus Opportunity:Position may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company department team and individual performance.
