Operations Supervisor – Night Shift

Shift: 4:30 PM start Sunday and 5:00 PM Monday - Thursday.

As an Operations Supervisor Night Shift youll lead day-to-day warehouse operations within a fast-paced distribution center while developing an engaged high-performing team. Youll help ensure products move safely accurately and efficiently through the facility while supporting the service our customers rely on.

This frontline leadership role is responsible for directing employees monitoring operational performance solving problems and helping the night shift achieve safety quality productivity and service goals.

• Lead and provide daily work direction to warehouse employees and lead personnel during night shift operations.
• Plan organize and coordinate warehouse activities in partnership with the Operations Manager.
• Coach train develop and support employees while reinforcing performance expectations and workplace standards.
• Interview hire onboard and develop team members.
• Monitor workflow establish priorities resolve operational issues and adjust resources to meet business needs.
• Analyze operational data and changing conditions to make timely decisions and improve performance.
• Identify root causes of operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
• Promote employee engagement accountability teamwork and a positive workplace culture.
• Support efforts to manage labor overtime employee retention and operating expenses.
• Ensure warehouse operations follow applicable company policies and federal state and local requirements.
• Help ensure warehouse equipment and vehicles are properly maintained and housekeeping standards are met.
• Partner with operations leadership to continuously improve safety quality productivity and service.

• 3 years of relevant experience including demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Experience leading coaching or developing employees in a work environment.
• Ability to work the designated night shift and adjust hours or work overtime based on business needs.

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in warehouse operations distribution logistics supply chain or manufacturing.
• Experience in a high-volume distribution center or similar operational environment.
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience.
• Experience interviewing onboarding coaching evaluating and developing employees.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using operational data and performance metrics to make decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting employee engagement continuous improvement and operational performance.

• Work is performed in a high-energy distribution center environment.
• Regular onsite presence is required to support night shift operations.
• Schedule flexibility and overtime may be required based on business needs.
