Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily transportation operations and dispatch activities.

Build strong relationships with drivers and matrons through regular field engagement.

Monitor attendance performance safety and service delivery.

Ensure compliance with DVIR Lytx DOE/OPT and company policies.

Assist with onboarding coaching and employee development.

Help manage operational costs including fuel and toll expenses.

Partner with Operations Safety Dispatch and Fleet teams to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications:

Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Strong communication coaching and problem-solving skills.

Experience in transportation logistics or operations preferred.

Knowledge of safety and compliance programs is a plus.

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Salary Range $55000 - $65000 commensurate with experience
