Job Description:

L3Harris is seeking a Supervisor Operations Management to join our Camden AR team.

The Supervisor leads the development and execution of production area activities to achieve production goals quality standards and cost objectives. This role prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction equipment efficiency and material availability while planning and establishing operational goals.

Essential Functions:

Communicate with the team and run the daily SQDIP meetings.

Conduct daily safety walks of areas.

Manage the job functions for each team member and program.

Plan the production schedule for each week.

Address all issues reviewed with team.

Approve team members time.

Review metrics for improvements.

Ability to obtain a US security clearance.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related lieu of a degree minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
