- Pay Rate: $45.00$50.00 / Hour (USD)
- Travel Requirements: Travel required 10% of the time. While most travel will be to the Sacramento location assignment can be anywhere within the service territory. With prior manager approval may submit expense for reimbursement for work-related travel (mileage).
- Equipment Provided: Client will provide laptop cellphone and PPE if needed.

This position supports the Wildfire Ignition Safety and Execution (WISE) program which is responsible for driving full compliance of utility standard EMER-4102S Preventing and Mitigating Fires While Performing Work. The standard defines mitigations that must be applied before starting any work to prevent fires under various conditions adapting daily work practices to changing ignition potential. The position will translate complex procedural information based on business requirements and standards into user-friendly references such as policies and procedures user manuals and job aids. It collaborates with and gathers information from internal and external clients to develop documentation that is easy to understand and use and supports field inquiries regarding policy interpretations. The position performs document editing editing written materials prepared by other writers document lifecycle management basic web setup and document publishing. The position will also develop presentations and manage program data in various database programs (Excel Power BI Salesforce) to produce reports utilized for progress reporting trend analysis and program compliance.

- Research and data analysis; compile and prepare reports for upper management
- Utilize system and personnel resources to successfully address inquiries from internal business partners
- Support organization as a subject matter expert by providing information and direction to resources through various delivery channels
- Develop and manage trainings to enhance knowledge and job skills
- Participate on cross-functional teams

- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field or equivalent experience
- Valid CA drivers license required
- Typically requires 03 years of related experience or equivalent
- Ideal candidate will have three years experience developing presentations and managing program data in various database programs
- Hybrid: some work will be performed in an office setting with some travel for meetings and trainings
