Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our roofing company. This role plays a key part in keeping projects scheduling communication and administrative processes running smoothly between customers crews sales representatives and management.

The ideal candidate is highly organized able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and comfortable handling both administrative and operational responsibilities.

• Coordinate and support daily roofing operations and project workflows

• Schedule appointments inspections installations and service calls

• Communicate with customers regarding project updates scheduling and documentation

• Assist sales and production teams with administrative support

• Maintain accurate records in CRM and company systems

• Track project progress job statuses and production timelines

• Process contracts invoices permits and other operational documents

• Support material ordering and vendor coordination as needed

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls and emails professionally

• Assist with resolving customer concerns and operational issues

• Ensure internal communication between departments remains organized and efficient

• Previous experience in operations administrative support customer service or construction-related industries preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with CRM systems Microsoft Office Google Workspace or scheduling software

• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively

• Roofing construction or home services experience is a plus
