What You Will Achieve
You will play a critical role in ensuring safe compliant and efficient pharmaceutical manufacturing by serving as a technical expert trainer and operational leader within your assigned area. Through strong ownership collaboration and continuous improvement you will help maintain auditready operations support production execution and ensure colleagues are trained and equipped to meet Pfizers quality and safety standards.
In this role you will:
Take accountability for individual contributions while supporting team and departmental goals in a fastpaced manufacturing environment
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for operations equipment training systems and standard work within your assigned unit(s)
Complete assigned work using established procedures while identifying process improvements and resolving nonroutine issues
Generate and manage work orders monitor task completion and ensure compliance with safety environmental and cGMP standards
Lead and support training activities including onboarding technical training SOP/OJT development and curriculum management
Share knowledge across work groups and provide mentoring and guidance to lessexperienced colleagues
Support investigations root cause analysis CAPAs and continuous improvement initiatives (IMEx M1 5S CI)
Maintain accurate documentation training records and reports to support audit readiness and operational excellence
Act as a liaison between Operations Maintenance Engineering Quality and other support functions
Serve as a backup operator or assume other shopfloor roles as needed to support business continuity
Demonstrate Pfizer Values and Leader Behaviors in daily work decisionmaking and collaboration
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
High School Diploma or GED.
4 years of experience.
Proficiency in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and related systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks.
Ability to communicate effectively across departments and follow written and verbal instructions.
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a related field.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards (cGMP).
Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
Familiarity with Pfizers Learning Solution and Quality Tracking System.
Ability to train and mentor less-experienced colleagues.
Familiarity and basic understanding of common AI tools and a curiosity for learning how they can be used to enhance productivity.
Work Environment & Operational Conditions
Physical demands may include standing or walking for extended periods lifting up to approximately 5055 pounds bending kneeling stooping reaching or working at elevated heights
Requires manual dexterity attention to detail and the ability to work safely around equipment and machinery
Position may require rotating shifts overnight work weekends holidays and overtime based on business needs
Availability for nonstandard schedules or urgent operational support may be required
Non-Standard Requirements
Work is performed in controlled manufacturing environments including cleanrooms requiring proper gowning and use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
