What You Will Do
- Analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency.

- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to support business growth and scalability.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.
- Assist in the creation of operational documentation and standard operating procedures.

Ideal Candidate Background
- 15 years of experience in operations process analysis or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment adapting to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Preferred
- Familiarity with B2B software development and AI technologies.

Compensation and Benefits
