Job Summary:

As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the companys operations including project management budgeting and team management. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency productivity and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of the companys operations including project management budgeting and team management

- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency productivity and profitability

- Collaborate with the executive team to set goals and objectives for the company

- Monitor and analyze financial reports to ensure the company is meeting its goals and objectives

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients suppliers and subcontractors

- Oversee project budgets and ensure projects are completed within budget

- Manage and lead a team of employees including hiring training and performance evaluations

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management preferably in the construction industry

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of successfully managing projects and budgets

- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
