Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to become a key leader within our business and serve as the operational right hand to leadership. This role is designed for someone who can take ownership of day-to-day operations drive execution improve processes and help scale the business as we continue to grow. The Operations Manager will take responsibility for ensuring the business continues to operate efficiently teams remain aligned and new initiatives are executed successfully from strategy through implementation. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys solving problems and can independently build systems processes and teams.
