PIRTEK is the nations leader in on-site hydraulic and industrial hose replacement the 24/7 emergency crew that gets broken-down equipment running again. Were launching in Omaha and need a leader to run the operation from day one and grow with it.

Pay: $63000$68000 base to start depending on experience
Insurance: Health (we cover 50% of your premium) and employer-paid life insurance from day one
Bonus: Quarterly performance bonus ($7000/year at target) on-target earnings around $70000 rising to $80000 as we open our second territory

Plus mileage reimbursement a company phone paid training free uniforms and a real leadership track first in line to lead as we expand.

The role
Youll be the nerve center of the operation: dispatch the techs keep them stocked and equipped drive service quality and hold our one-hour emergency promise together. You run the day-to-day while the owner splits time between locations and you grow into leading both territories. Hydraulic experience isnt required we train the technical and software side. Leadership and operational instincts are what count.

What youll need

2 years leading or supervising a team
Strong organization and decision-making under pressure
Comfortable with dispatch and inventory software
Mechanically inclined; able to lift 50 lbs
Valid drivers license
