Job Summary

The Operations Manager is responsible for leading manufacturing warehouse inventory fulfillment and production operations to ensure the safe efficient and cost-effective manufacturing and delivery of high-quality products. This role oversees production planning supply chain coordination operational performance team leadership inventory management and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead manufacturing warehouse inventory and fulfillment operations.
  • Develop operational strategies to improve productivity quality and cost efficiency.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and implement performance improvement initiatives.
  • Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to align production with customer demand.
  • Oversee production scheduling staffing and resource allocation.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.
  • Partner with Engineering and Quality teams on new product introductions and process improvements.
  • Improve equipment reliability and reduce production downtime.
  • Manage receiving inventory control shipping warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy using ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Optimize warehouse layout material flow and transportation activities.
  • Lead coach and develop production and warehouse teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations company policies and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Logistics Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8 years of experience in manufacturing warehouse operations supply chain or logistics.
  • 3 years of leadership experience managing production or warehouse teams.
  • Experience managing end-to-end operations and multiple functional areas.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations inventory control and fulfillment.
  • Experience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with electronics manufacturing production processes and quality control.
  • Strong leadership analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
