Job Overview:

As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our companys operations from production and supply chain management to customer service and quality control. You will work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement strategies that will optimize our operations and drive the companys growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency productivity and profitability.

Oversee all production processes from raw material procurement to final product delivery to ensure timely and high-quality production.

Manage the supply chain and inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize costs.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales and production forecasts.

Manage and develop a team of employees including hiring training and performance evaluations.

Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers customers and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency.

Knowledge of supply chain management and inventory control principles.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
