- Work regularly scheduled shifts on the front desk taking on the full Spa Coordinator role
- Use dedicated office time to manage inventory counts receiving and administrative reporting
- Perform monthly inventory counts for retail and back bar and communicate reorder needs and out-of-stocks to the Regional Director of Hospitality & Operations
- Occasionally place spa supply orders and receive and put away all incoming orders
- Reconcile invoices receiving reports and daily deposits
- Merchandise retail products to drive guest sales
- Lead daily huddles and coach the team on performance and guidelines
- Maintain the cleanliness safety and readiness of the entire spa facility
What Were Looking For
- 2-5 years of retail sales or inventory management experience
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfort in a fast-paced multi-tasking customer service environment
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Zero out-of-stock on top retail and back bar items
- 100% invoice matching accuracy
- Shrinkage held at 2% or below
