Reporting to the Healthcare Director this role will be fully engaged in the administration and execution of our healthcare support services program in conjunction with client needs and expectations while building and fostering a culture of care support and Summary & ResponsibilitiesManage the day to day operations to include staffing scheduling payroll team member relations issues and concerns communications with the client HR team to ensure onboarding and paperwork compliance with orientation schedulingPartnering with Recruiting and the People teams to attract and retain impressive people who provide exceptional serviceUnderstand Clients Definition of Success deliver it and present it in very impressive manner at every work to anticipate and deliver clients expectationsWork with the client to ensure ongoing hospital compliance of policiesMaintain client service plans and execute tasks ahead of general ledger monthly work with Healthcare Director to generate client invoices and work with Finance to ensure client packages meet clients maintain high service levels that exceed client perform safety audits for all services lines and work closely with Training and Development to proactively reduce as point of contact for any customer complaint/team member recognition and ensure customer evaluations/reviews are proactively done on all VPNE Healthcare team The Healthcare Operations Manager will lead by example through:Professionalism and IntegritySharp presentationStrong organization and work ethicExcellent communicationCoaching with kindnessTeam LeadershipCollaboration with other internal department and client(s)Qualifications:Years of Experience: At least 3 years of professional work experience in a supervisory role that requires leadership and training in a business settingLanguage Skills: Proficient in English both verbally and writtenPreferred Education Requirements:Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Healthcare Business or a related major and/or experience to matchRequirements:Supervisory experience with a leadership first attitudeStrong communication abilities to all levels of organizations both internally and externallyTraining and development experience in new business settings preferredCreative approach to problem solvingStrong aptitude for learning softwareAbility to organize and prioritize tasksMust be proactive positive and responsive with a genuine interest in the business developmentImpeccable guest service skills with a proven track record in problem-solvingAbility to work both independently and on a teamAbility to multitask and work under pressureBenefits:Paid weeklyMedical Dental Vision401K with company matchDiscount programsShort-term disabilityAccident insuranceLife insurance
