College Track is a comprehensive college completion program that supports students through a 10-year fully integrated journey from high school through a bachelors degree and into a meaningful career. What began in 1997 with 25 students in East Palo Alto has grown into a national movement of more than 5400 scholars and alumni driving change in their families campuses workplaces and communities. Today we operate 13 centers across California Colorado Louisiana and the D.C. The Role

The Operations Manager keeps the Baltimore site safe compliant and running smoothly every day the behind-the-scenes work that lets staff deliver strong programming and lets scholars thrive in an affirming space. Reporting to the Executive Site Director youll be the go-to person for everything from facilities and vendor relationships to safety protocols event logistics and local IT support.

What Youll Do

Facility Management
Keep the site clean secure and welcoming; manage renovation and repair needs with Central Operations; serve as the day-to-day liaison with the landlord and site vendors; oversee access parking and key cards; be the point of contact for site visits and inquiries.

Risk Management & Compliance
Build a risk-conscious culture alongside the Executive Site Director; ensure staff compliance with waivers permissions and training; oversee security systems and emergency preparedness (EAPs drills staff/student training); manage safe arrival and dismissal procedures; handle on-site insurance claims.

Program Support
Support relationships with funders sponsors and community partners; plan and execute partner and donor events including budgets and logistics; manage site communications and scholar communication tools; oversee procurement vendor relationships invoice tracking and local contracts.

Student Transportation & Vehicles
Maintain site vehicles and documentation; report incidents and manage vehicle insurance claims; partner with site leadership and Central Operations on a comprehensive transportation plan.

Technology & Asset Management
Serve as the local IT liaison providing Tier 1 support and escalating as needed; manage IT inventory and health checks; oversee AV equipment and support system testing.

People & Culture
Help build a strong student-centered site culture; support new staff onboarding; ensure compliance with all clearance requirements.

What You Bring

Above all a genuine commitment to College Tracks mission of helping students overcome systemic barriers to earn a bachelors degree. Beyond that:

• 5 years managing operations for an organization school or program
• Strong organizational and project management skills comfortable juggling multiple priorities
• A team-first customer-service mindset with excellent judgment and professionalism
• Strong written and verbal communication across stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft and/or Google Suite with an appetite for learning new systems (Salesforce or Adaptive experience a plus)
• A 4-year college degree
• Ability to work MondayFriday 11am7pm
• A valid drivers license and ability to meet College Tracks driving clearance and auto insurance requirements

Compensation & Benefits

Full salary range: $62000$75500. As this role is new to you expect an offer within the target range of $65375$68749 balancing internal equity with room for growth.
