The Operations Manager ensures production is met to satisfy contractual commitments and maximizes profits by overseeing production.
Plant 3rd shift hours: 8:30 pm - 5:00 am EST. Please note: These reflect general core hours start and end times will vary based on overtime needs.
YOUR IMPACT
- Oversees plant production by observing activity and setting standards to ensure production and quality needs are met
- Conducts meetings and discussions pertaining to continuous improvement in responsible areas
- Resolves disagreements with people to improve attitudes and promote cooperation
- Creates and maintains budgets approves expenditures and manages operations keeping within budgets
- Direct Team Coordinators and Team Reps to foster employee involvement process
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- Eight plus years of related work experience
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions problem-solve and evaluate information
- Good organization and planning skills
Pay Range:
$103300.00 - $177700.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range individual pay is determined by various factors including the scope and responsibilities of the role the candidates experience education and skills as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
