Position Summary:
We are seeking a versatile and safety-focused Industrial Maintenance & Utility Operator to support our plant manufacturing operations. This hybrid role combines hands-on mechanical maintenance with utility system monitoring and operation with a strong emphasis on industrial maintenance. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable troubleshooting equipment and managing critical utility infrastructure that supports plant production and maintenance.


Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance Duties:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on indoor/outdoor process equipment including pumps valves tanks piping and rotating machinery etc.
Plans selects and lays out required materials for service repair and preventive maintenance work.
Troubleshoot mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Support installation and commissioning of new equipment and process lines.
Maintain accurate records in the CMMS and follow all safety and environmental protocols.
Provides direction and training to less experienced O&M Specialists.
Requisitions new supplies and equipment.
Perform other duties as required.

Utility Operations:

Monitor and operate plant utility systems including boilers chillers scrubbers HVAC water chemical feed systems other continuous process systems.
Conduct routine inspections and log readings for utility performance and compliance.
Respond to alarms and abnormal conditions in utility systems and take corrective action.
Assist with startup shutdown and emergency response procedures for utility systems.
Perform other duties as required.
