We are hiring immediately for Operations Intern!

• Schedule: Part-time / to be discussed further upon interview.
• Requirement: Must be currently enrolled in a college/university and/or has experience with data analytics. Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) experience is preferred.
• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour.

Internship Overview

As an intern with Canteen (part of Compass Group) youll get hands-on experience in how we operate and support our clients. Youll learn best practices from industry leaders and apply them to real-world projects.

Your internship may include work in areas like:

• Marketing & Customer Service
• Retail & Merchandising
• Branch Operations & Support Services
• Finance Purchasing & Supply Chain
• Profit & Loss Management

Youll also gain exposure to our core services:

• Coffee & Refreshments
• Vending Services
• Avenue C Micro-Markets

Job Responsibilities

As a Canteen intern youll support daily operations and contribute to meaningful projects. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with projects that improve business performance
• Supporting customer service efforts and occasionally interacting with clients
• Helping organize tasks for Micro Markets Vending and Coffee Services
• Sharing ideas to improve workflows and best practices
• Collaborating with your team to streamline operations and increase efficiency

Job Requirements

To be eligible for this internship you should:

1. Be currently enrolled in a college or professional program (proof of enrollment required)
2. Meet your schools GPA requirement for internships
3. Be available to work 3240 hours per week based on business needs and program requirements
4. Have strong organizational skills and be comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
5. Understand the basics of customer service and client relationships
6. Note: College credit is not required but we can provide documentation if needed
