Operations Director & Business Development Partner (Remote)

We are seeking seasoned corporate directors senior managers and executive leaders looking to pivot their operational expertise into an autonomous high-ticket business model.

Partnering directly with an established international leader in Executive Business Education and Leadership Development you will lead high-level growth strategies and manage direct-response client pipelines.

Conduct 1-on-1 qualification and vetting interviews with corporate leaders and high-caliber professionals.

Execute strategic client acquisition plans using our turnkey digital enterprise infrastructure.

Oversee pipeline progression and manage prospect follow-ups using integrated CRM tools.

Participate in high-level mastermind sessions and ongoing executive development.

5 years of experience in corporate management operations executive sales or business consulting.

Strong executive posture high emotional intelligence and clear phone/video communication skills.

Ability to work self-directed 1520 hours/week.

Based in the United States.
