Operations Data & Operations Integration Lead

Lead with Purpose. Partner with Data & Operations Integration Leadwill own the end-to-end data readiness cleanup and migration process as firms move from legacy systems into our enterprise platformsin partnership with resources from IT. This role will spearhead data cleanup efforts coordinate migrations across multiple systems and work cross-functionally to ensure seamless transitions with minimal disruption to advisors and addition to integration execution this role will help shape scalable standardized data and operational processes that support ongoing growth and future individual will act as thecentral pointof accountability for data integrity and migration execution partnering closely with internal platform teams external vendors YoullDo:Lead data discovery mapping cleanup and migration activities foracquiredRIAs transitioning into the corporate end-to-end data readiness planning to ensure legacy data is in a clean consistent and migration-ready state prior to system and oversee data migrations across key advisor platforms including:Client Relationship Management (CRM)Investor / Client PortalsPerformance ReportingTrading and Portfolio Management systemsValidate data accuracy completeness and integrity before and after as the primary technology and data integration partner for existing RIA technology stacks data structures toidentifyrisks gaps and migration timelines and dependencies across internal teams and external technology smooth advisor and staff experience throughout the transition develop and refine repeatable scalable data migration and integration to improve data quality standards and ongoing data governance with platform compliance and operations teams to ensure migrations align with regulatory and security standardized systems and best practices following with Platform Technology and Shared Services teams to help design and implement standardized operational and data processes as new enterprise technology is introduced into the common tech the definition of data standards workflows and integration requirements for new systems prior to new enterprise tools are implemented in a way that supports scalability data integrity and repeatable onboarding for future data flows integration dependencies and operational processes to support consistency and knowledge as a bridge between product technology and operations to ensure data readiness and adoption are addressed early in You Bring:6 years of related experience in wealth management fintech financial services operations or related degree in related fieldrequiredCDMP (DAMA) ASQ Data Quality Credential CIMP Data Quality withadvisortechnology platforms such as Salesforce Redtail Orion Black DiamondAddepar Tamarac or similar experience leading or supporting data migrations platform integrations or system with RIA regulatory considerations (SEC) and data security best supporting enterprise platform implementations or major system transformations within a wealth management or financial services environment with integration concepts such as APIs data mapping ETL processesand tools (Informatica Talend Matillion Fivetran) or vendor-led conversions a plus (hands-on technical development notrequired).Familiarity withdata cleansing and quality tools ( TIBCO Clarity) Analysis and QA platforms (Alteryx MammothAnalytics) Streaming/CDC systems (KafkaDebezium)
