We are hiring an experienced Operations Coordinator/Office Administrator a proven administrative operations professional with a passion for keeping teams organized supporting a leadership team and sales function and driving day-to-day excellence. This position is domiciled in the North Metro Atlanta area and offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact in a high-volume people-first organization.

Salary: $60000 - $65000 USD base salary depending on experience and qualifications.

To succeed in this role you must be able to:

• Coordinate day-to-day administrative workflows
• Manage office and equipment supplies including ordering inventory and replenishment
• Maintain calendars schedule meetings and coordinate logistics across the organization
• Coordinate survey completion ensuring all necessary data is organized and submitted
• Provide executive support to the leadership team
• Provide administrative assistance for sales-driven campaign work and other initiatives

The annual base salary range for this position is $60000 - $65000 USD depending on experience qualifications and location. Benefits available to full-time employees include medical dental vision disability life insurance 401(k) and commuter benefits.
