• Work collaboratively with a team.
• Answer incoming calls and input track and maintain prospects and client information
• Contact new leads quickly and schedule appointments
• Help prepare for home shows and marketing events
• Set up and assist with email campaigns

• Prepare Customer Signoff Documents change orders and project documents
• Place and submit orders from suppliers.
• Track and schedule project timelines.

• Inspect incoming deliveries for damage or missing items
