Operations Coordinator-Operating Room
Job Summary: Works alongside department leadership to provide consultation and education to division leaders and staff regarding policies procedures initiatives and programs related to the departments function and areas of responsibility. Participates in planning and implementation of department-initiated programs including support for ongoing monitoring. Designs and prepares moderate to complex reports and creates presentations in support of department operations or special projects utilizing available business tools such as Microsoft Office applications report writers databases or proprietary and/or commercial information.
Position allows for work from home.
Required Education:
Bachelor Degree Preferred
Job Requirements:
2 years related experience required
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE AND/OR SKILLS
Ability to review data and identify trends.
Excellent oral & written communication skills plus strong organizational skills.
Ability to plan prioritize and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and achieving business goals.
Strong problem solving skills in a fast paced environment.
Strong facilitation design and development skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Project Management Professional (PMP) encouraged to apply.
