Job Summary
This position is located at The West Point Club.

- Incentives will not be paid.
- Performs a variety of clerical and administrative duties in support of the operation. Establishes maintains or controls files and logs.
- Applies knowledge of the organization its functions and regulations to carry out a wide variety of administrative functions (e.g. personnel accounting budget purchasing logistics and supply transportation security etc.).
- Receives telephone calls and visitors provides required information from own knowledge or office files or refers callers to appropriate person. Follows up as required.
- Types various correspondence and reports. Tabulates statistical data into final format. Gathers data and documentation for special projects and prepares briefing support materials.
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one-year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Work hours may involve weekday weekend holiday and night duty.

A qualified candidate must possess the following:
1. Basic computer and math skills and clerical and administrative work experience performing the following duties: filing documents organizing electronic and hard copy files scheduling appointments answering telephones submitting time & attendance requesting supplies as needed performing inventory on current supplies.
2. Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows Word Excel and other software as required.
3. Must be highly skilled in written and verbal communication.
4. Must be able to type 40 words per minute.

In addition to the above qualifications candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered Highly Preferred or Best Qualified:
1. Must possess previous work experience with NAF MWR.

- This job is part of a pay-banded system. Sunday premium pay for regularly scheduled employees and night differential pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
