Join ChildServeasanOperations Assistantto provide administrative and operations support for theChildServe - Johnston location.
Schedule
- Monday Friday 9:45am-6:15pm

How Youll Make an Impact
- Deliver a welcoming and highquality customer service experience as the first point of contact for families and visitors.
- Maintain childrens records to include enrollments discharges filing and maintaining back files.
- Verification of benefits
- Ensure all classrooms have current and accurate child and emergency information daily documentation forms and care plans
- Enter child specific training into the system and provide updates to supervisor
- Participate in development ofchildand staff schedules
- Provide support for facility needs including supplies and work order requests
- Maintain records of organizational drills
- Responsible for greeting parentsandvisitorsand answeringthephone
- Other duties as assigned
What Youll Need:
- Preferred:High school diploma
- Preferred: One year of clerical/administrative work experience in the healthcare delivery or serviceindustryrequired
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Ability to interact as a part of an interdisciplinary team
- Ability to be thorough in all work with emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively in reading writing and speaking the English language
