Operations Analyst

In this position you will be providing project support to multiple ongoing projects for the Continuous Improvement team. You will rotate through a variety of areas to gain insight into how financial services operational business units function and contribute to the overall success of the company. 

Qualifications :

What youll do:

• Analyze business goals objectives and needs
• Updating process docs scheduling meetings data gathering/analysis
• Process mapping/Process flow creation
• Help plan and design business processes and make recommendations for improvements
• Perform research and analysis in support of the operations
• Assist in resolving business issues using systems and data
• Estimate cost and benefits of multiple actions and/or solutions and provide recommendations
• Help launch new initiatives

 What Youll Bring

• Youre an MS Office wiz especially Excel
• Youre data driven with some knowledge of Data Analysis
• Position is ideal for recent or soon-to-be college grads that are Tech or Business majors.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• High sense of urgency and the ability to multi-task and prioritize
