What Youll Do:

• Daily maintenance of journal entries related to payroll expenses accruals and other routine transactions including processing and review of accounts payable invoices.
• Provide client service across a range of matters including transaction recording and analysis reconciliations and preparation of financial workpaper packages.
• Prepare and/or review cash reporting and execute payments via wire and check.
• Maintain accurate client and investor wiring instructions across multiple entities.
• Prepare monthly or quarterly client financial reports including bank account reconciliations.
• Assist in the coordination of annual tax packages.
• Prepare and oversee semi-monthly payrolls using third-party vendors.
• Prepare and review quarterly accounts receivable invoices.
• Additional responsibilities may arise based on business need.

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field of study.
• 0-2 years of experience Internships included
• Strong knowledge of industry and accounting principles US GAAP Expertise.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook Teams).
