Schedule: MondayFriday 3:00 PM11:00 PM
Were looking for a highly skilled Operating Engineer to join a fast-paced facility environment where your technical expertise will make a direct impact. This role is ideal for a strong facilities professional with Central Plant Operations and MEP experience who can troubleshoot complex building systems and keep critical equipment operating at peak performance.

Operate maintain troubleshoot and repair facility equipment across multiple building systems
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on HVAC mechanical electrical plumbing fire/life safety controls and structural systems
Apply strong technical expertise in at least one primary craft area such as Electrical HVAC Piping/Plumbing or Central Utility Plant Operations
Troubleshoot commercial and industrial systems identify root causes and take corrective action
Monitor equipment performance record readings and make necessary operational adjustments
Clean inspect calibrate and replace components to maintain HVAC and associated equipment at peak performance
Support facility services preventative maintenance inventory control purchasing and contracted maintenance
Monitor outside contractors to ensure quality pricing and work meet expectations
Maintain accurate equipment and maintenance records
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean organized work environment
Identify potential hazards and recommend solutions to improve workplace safety
High school diploma or equivalent
57 years of commercial facilities maintenance experience
Strong experience with Central Plant Operations and MEP systems
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot commercial or industrial Mechanical Electrical Plumbing and HVAC systems
EPA 608 Type II Certification required
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to work independently while supporting a team across multiple trades
EPA 608 Universal Certification
Two years of trade schooling in electrical systems refrigeration and/or HVAC
Broad multi-trade facilities experience
Central Utility Plant experience
