Job Description:
- Administrator for OpenText xECM.
- Advanced proficiency in Content Server Archive Center and xECM for SAP environments.
- Professional background with livereports webreports workflows and Records Management.
- Competency in Oracle SQL alongside OpenText Schema.
- L2 Support
- Assisting end users & developing KEDB documentation
- Solving application issues
- System Monitoring
- Managing Incident Resolution
- Executing Service Request fulfillment
- Bash shell scripting
- Linux server administration
- Clustering
- In-depth OpenText backend server installation and patching
