Job Summary
Pride Healthis seeking anOnsite Medical Representativeto join a team inPlainfield IN 46168.This position is ideal for a dynamic healthcare professional with a strong background in first aid emergency medical response and workplace wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providefirst aidsupport for occupational and non-occupational injuries.
- Minimize injury risk througheducation and proactive engagementwith associates.
- Maintain anddocument all medical recordsof care provided.
- Oversee theworkers compensationprogram and manage return-to-work processes.
- Submitdaily activity logsandend-of-shift reports.
- Engage with associates on the operations floor providing coaching on safe work habits and at-risk behaviors.
- Maintain a clean medical environmentand ensure medical supplies are well-stocked.
- Participate inFirst Aid CPR and AEDtraining and maintain certifications.
- Assist withdrug testing protocolsand emergency care delivery.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diplomaor equivalent.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support)certification.
- One of the following:
- EMT or Paramedic Certificationfrom the Department of Health or NREMT.
- Six months job experiencein the Military as a Combat Medic Field Medic or similar.
- Active Athletic Trainer Certificationfrom BOC or state certification.
Preferred:
- Certified to teachFirst Aid CPR and AEDthrough theAmerican Heart AssociationorAmerican Red Cross.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience withindustrial wellness programsmusculoskeletal disorders andergonomics.
- Knowledge ofOSHA regulationsandWorkers Compensationprocedures.
- Skilled indigital record keeping.
Additional Information:
- Location: Plainfield IN 46168
- Shift Schedule: Currently planned for M-F nights (subject to change based on business need)
- Training schedule-M-F Nights 6 PM- 2:30 AM
- Contract Length:3months (possible extension)
- Pay Rate:$30 $35/hour*
*Offered pay rate will be based on education experience and healthcare credentials.
