Job Title:Onsite IAM Business Analyst
Location(s):Southfield MI

Overview
Executes data collection analysis dormant account identification and validation activities for assigned application portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze authentication identity and supporting application data.
- Extract and analyze authentication and identity datasets.
- Support readiness assessments and data quality reviews.
- Execute scripts queries and data validation activities.
- Modify/Develop scripts as needed for application analysis.
- Correlate data across identity sources and application records.
- Identify dormant accounts using approved criteria.
- Document findings exceptions limitations and evidence.
- Prepare evidence packages and account-level findings.
- Coordinate validation activities with application owners.
- Track remediation confirmations and maintain application status reporting.
- Maintain analysis trackers metrics and status reports.
- Work with Offshore lead for closed loop feedback and efficiency improvement for deliverables.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in identity data analytics and access management.
- Python PowerShell SQL Excel Splunk and data analysis skills.
- Experience working with unstructured and structured authentication logs and user access data.
- Ability to document analysis results and present findings.
- Ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources.
- Experience documenting and output reports of analytical findings.
- AI-assisted analysis experience.
- Splunk data query and reporting experience.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- AI task management.
