• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through online chat platforms.
• Provide accurate information about products and services offered by 111 Sign Inc.
• Assist customers with placing orders tracking shipments and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.
