Position HighlightsThe University of Arizona Physician Assistant Program is seeking local clinicians (PA MD DO NP) to serve as on-call instructors. This as-needed role supports core faculty and the instructional needs of the program. On-call instructors may be asked to lecture in their areas of expertise facilitate laboratory sessions assist with small-group activities or provide other instructional support as needed. Hours and days will vary based on program needs and instructor availability.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Teach content in the curriculum and/or assist core faculty during lab experiences.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Masters degree in a related field; or
  • Bachelors degree in a related field and ten (10) years of progressively responsible professional experience directly related to the position.
  • Licensed or eligible to practice in the state of Arizona.
  • Minimum of 2 years patient care experience in certified position.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experienced clinician (PA/MD/DO/NP) who is enthusiastic about sharing their expertise with PA students.
  • Experience in teaching preferred.
