Job Summary

Pacific Coast Producers (PCP) a growing agricultural cooperative with food production facilities across the West Coast is looking for an experienced and highly skilledOiler & Greaser Technician to join our team at our Distribution Center in Lodi CA. PCP is dedicated to investing in its people and fostering a culture of service where each employee can do their best to make affordable high-quality food for customers across North America.


Pay Rate:$26.97 per hour. This is a full-time first shift on-site role (40 hours per week) with occasional weekend and overtime hours required as needed. This position is part of a seniority based Collective Bargaining Unit (CBA) and must be available for third shift.Join our legacy of talented people working together to provide the highest level of customer service. As an Oil & Grease Technician you play a critical frontline role in keeping our plant running smoothly and preventing downtime. You will inspect running equipment maintain proper lubrication across our processing lines and work alongside operators to clear line jams and catch potential mechanical issues early.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Complete routine lubrication rounds across all plant machinery using the correct oils greases and application levels.
  • Monitor running equipment proactively: identifying hot bearings dragging belts or unusual wear and flag issues quickly to supervision.
  • Assist line operators with clearing equipment jams to maintain steady production flow.
  • Replace damaged grease fittings and maintain lube points as needed.
  • Maintain grease guns pumps and lube shop supplies keeping equipment and storage areas clean and organized.

Requirements:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on comfort using hand tools and grease guns.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to log work and flag equipment concerns with supervisors and crew.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to support team members and guide others respectfully on the floor.
  • A proactive safety-first mindset around moving machinery and industrial lines.
