Office Scheduler Full-Time (On-Site)

We are currently seeking an Office Scheduling Admin to join our team for a full-time this role you will be responsible for scheduling employee shifts and onboarding new team members. This position requires strong problem-solving skills attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will report directly to the Owner/Executive Director.

• Schedule shifts for employees using scheduling software.
• Conduct interviews and onboard new team members.
• Participate in an on-call rotation responding to client requests and schedule changes.
• Serve as an emergency or backup caregiver when needed.

• Required: Experience with scheduling in a fast-paced environment. Wellsky or AxisCare experience.
• Preferred: Current or former CNA with a background in caregiving.
• Strong interviewing and mentoring skills.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Ability to respond quickly to clients and team members typically within 15 minutes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word Excel and PowerPoint.
• Some post-high school education is required; a 2-4 year degree is preferred.
