Kufleitner CDJR is looking for an experienced organized and dependable Office Manager to join our team!

The Office Manager plays an important role in keeping the dealership running smoothly. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented professional and comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment.

• Previous automotive dealership or office management experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Professional and positive attitude
• Strong computer and administrative skills
• Ability to work independently while being part of a team
• Experience with dealership paperwork accounting titles registrations or automotive office operations is a plus

• Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions
• Maintain accurate dealership records and paperwork
• Assist with vehicle sales documentation and deal processing
• Coordinate titles registrations and related documentation
• Work closely with sales service and management departments
• Monitor accounts receivable/payables and assist with accounting functions
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
• Ensure paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Help ensure dealership policies and procedures are followed
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers and employees
• Assist dealership management with various administrative responsibilities
